PAYMENT
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card.
If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods, then the details on the Customers ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks & authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For ‘first-time’ online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details.
Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing.
SHIPPING METHODS
LIMELIGHT delivers parcels via DHL Express. According to the current international regulations of commerce, there will be an official invoice inside the parcel, along with the merchandise. The invoice will carry the total amount of the purchased merchandise in the same currency of the original order. Also the invoice will show the amount of each item purchased. Orders made of available items, upon confirmation of their availability and check of the bank transaction, will be processed the next working day of the order’s placement. The amount of the transactions made by credit cards or via Paypal will be settled only when processing the order. Please note that during seasonal sales and promotional sales, delay may occur in the order’s processing
DELIVERY TIME
LIMELIGHT processes orders from Monday to Friday. LIMELIGHT processes orders the day after the order’s placement, or the next available business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. LIMELIGHT ships parcels via DHL Express, please allow up to 2-5 business days.
LIMELIGHT cannot be accountable for delays of the shipments due to meteorological conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances that are irrelevant to LIMELIGHT control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Please note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded
SHIPMENT TRACKING
When the order will be given to the courier service, customers will receive an email from DHL providing the tracking number (AWB) related to the order. In order to monitor the status of the order, customers may visit DHL official website dhl.com and insert the AWB number in the specific area “Track Your Shipment”.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at order@limelightgirl.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Dubai CommerCity, Building 3, office 310, Dubai, UAE.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at order@limelightgirl.com.
Return conditions
Items must be undamaged and in sellable condition and must be returned in their original condition in a sealed box, with all garment tags attached. Returns that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. We cannot be held responsible for any missing returns or items whilst in transit.
Where provided, belts and any packaging such as instructions, authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return. Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form. Please note that we may not refund item(s) that are sent without any return paperwork.
Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and underwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
